At Dark Mode, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our cold plunge products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return/refund process:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@bestsleeptape.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged and include the return shipping label on the outside of the package.
3. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Inspection and Refund
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bestsleeptape.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
6. Cancellation of Orders
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order is considered final, and the return policy will apply.
